Sell without the stack getting in the way — through peak weeks, new channels, and the integrations behind them.

You will probably recognise one of these.
The site slows down on the days that matter most.
Checkout times out during a promotion and nobody can say why. The busiest week of the year is spent watching dashboards instead of selling.
Stock on the website does not match stock in the warehouse.
Orders are accepted for items that sold out yesterday. Someone spends every morning cancelling and apologising.
Adding a new sales channel means another manual process.
Marketplace listings, the mobile app and the wholesale portal each have their own catalogue. A price change is made four times.
The platform dictates what the business can do.
A pricing rule or a delivery option the business needs is not possible on the current stack. Workarounds have become the product.
What we do
Five things, each with something you keep.
Storefronts
Fast, accessible storefronts built around how your customers actually shop, not around a theme. Page speed and checkout completion are measured from day one.
Deliverable: A live storefront with a performance baseline and a conversion dashboard
Marketplaces
Multi-vendor platforms where sellers manage their own catalogues and you manage the rules. Commission, settlement and disputes are designed in from the start.
Deliverable: The marketplace platform, a seller onboarding guide and a settlement report
Payments
Card, wallet and local payment methods integrated so failed payments are rare and diagnosable. We handle the compliance scope so your team does not have to.
Deliverable: Payment integrations in production and a documented reconciliation process
Inventory and fulfilment
One source of truth for stock, synced to every channel and to the warehouse in near real time. Orders route to the right location without a human deciding.
Deliverable: An inventory service, channel sync jobs and a fulfilment rules document
Headless commerce
Separate the storefront from the commerce engine so each can change on its own schedule. New channels become a front-end project, not a re-platform.
Deliverable: A commerce API, a reference storefront and an integration guide
What we work with
Chosen for fit, not for fashion.
We choose based on what fits the problem and on what your team can maintain after we leave. A stack nobody in your organisation can operate is a liability, however good it is.

Questions we are usually asked
The ones competitors avoid.
What does an engagement like this cost?
Most engagements land between $25,000 and $120,000. The range is driven by integrations with payment, warehouse and accounting systems, and by how much catalogue and order history has to be migrated. A re-platform with a large catalogue sits at the top of that range.
How long before we see anything working?
A working storefront with real products and a test checkout within four weeks. A full launch, with payments, stock and fulfilment connected, typically takes ten to sixteen weeks.
Who will actually be on the team?
A technical lead who has run at least three peak seasons on a commerce platform, two to three engineers, and a designer for the storefront. Kunal Khurana, our CTO, is the accountable technical lead.
Who owns the IP?
You do. Everything we write on an engagement is your intellectual property from the moment it is committed, and the contract says so in plain words. We keep nothing back and we license nothing to you.
